The easily adaptable 7100 Series Inserters create professional, high-quality mail pieces in minutes. Its truly modular design supports a wide range of mailing applications, accommodates a large variety of envelope sizes and processes forms with top, middle and bottom address positions. With the flexibility to add up to 9 feed stations, the 7100 Series can accommodate virtually all of a company's mailing needs now and in the future.
Formax Paper Inserter 6900 Series
The 6900 Series Inserters are the most powerful and versatile tabletop system available. The 6900 Series offers the versatility of processing a wide range of envelope sizes from a standard #10 to a flat 10” x 13”. AutoMix™ models take this flexibility to the next level by allowing different sized envelopes to be used on-the-fly during operation. Up to four feed stations are capable of reaching speeds up to 4,300 pieces/hour and handling up to 120,000 inserts per month.
Formax Paper Inserter 6602 Series
The versatile 6602 Series provides power and flexibility in a design that's easy to use. Two, four and six-station models offer a combination of standard and special feeders. The 6602 Series features a new full-color touchscreen control panel, up to 25 programmable jobs, and the power to fold up to 10 sheets (half-fold) and up to 8 sheets (tri-fold).

Available in six basic configurations, the 6402 Series can be adapted for almost any folding and inserting application. Two, four and six station models are available to meet your particular folding and inserting needs.
The full-color touchscreen control panel makes operation even easier than before. The optional production feeder holds up to 325 BRE's and up to 1,200 sheets of paper, which increases hopper capacity and reduces loading time.

The 6202 Series brings advanced folding & inserting technology and flexibility to the office environment. The unique AutoSetTM feature allows for one touch setup of new jobs by automatically measuring paper lengths, envelope sizes and fold lengths. Recurring and frequent jobs run in AutoSet can also be stored as a programmed job setting for hassle-free setup and operation. The powerful folding system enables the 6202 Series to accurately fold up to five sheets of paper at the same time.

The Automatic FD 382 Document Folder offers any business, church, school or print for pay center quick, easy set-up, and the versatility to complete a variety of fold jobs in minutes. Jobs are completed exceptionally fast with the FD 382, folding up to 20,100 pieces per hour! Fully automated fold plates provide one touch setup of the 18 pre-programmed fold settings or for choosing one of the 25 custom folds that can be stored into memory. In addition, the new 2.8” (71mm) backlit LCD display and control panel makes the FD 382 extremely easy to use with a step by step user interface that is second to none.

The FD 312 Office Desktop Folder provides an economical solution for low-volume folding projects. Clearly marked fold settings and out-of-the-box operation make this folder ideal for churches, schools and small offices that demand quick and easy set-up with minimal adjustment.
This compact folder processes 11" and 14" paper at speeds up to 150 sheets per minute, and can accommodate both standard and custom folds.
Formax Paper Folder 305
The FD 305 Personal Desktop Folder combines affordability with ease of operation for smaller offices, churches or schools. With push-button controls, it's easy to use right out of the box, and is small enough to fit on the corner of a desktop.
Fold up to 3 sheets at once in Manual mode, or load up to 20 sheets at a time in Auto mode. Features include continuous and intermittent output, paper out sensor, and easy access to the paper path.
